Time to take control of the controllable!

Start your week feeling like you are winning by joining me for one hour each Sunday for five weeks to help Get Your Shit Together.

Show up for yourself by attending these sessions in order to help you build new habits and finally feel like you have the clarity and focus you have been craving!

During each session you will:

  • Review of your highs and lows  from the last 7 days
  • Strip back your “to do” list
  • Set realistic and achievable goals  for the coming week
  • Prioritise time for the important stuff
  • Hear a mini power pep talk from me on a key topic  that is going to help get you fired up and back in the game!

Between each session you will:

  • Have regular check ins via a WhatsApp Group
  • Have the opportunity to ask me for guidance on any challenges you are facing
  • Shout about all the shit you get done!

The main benefit of signing up to these session is the accountability that will inevitably bring you results. Think of me as your weekly kick up the bum!

Much like committing to a gym class gives us that extra motivation to actually workout, these sessions will give you that extra push you need to focus on your week ahead. And just like that gym class, you’ll feel amazing after and ready to start your week feeling focused, clear and in control!  Not only this, I also offer continued support via a WhatsApp group to check in on your progress during the week and help with any challenges!  And all for just £99 (Yes – that is just £19.80 per week)
