- Hear a mini power pep talk from me on a key topic that is going to help get you fired up and back in the game!

Much like committing to a gym class gives us that extra motivation to actually workout, these sessions will give you that extra push you need to focus on your week ahead. And just like that gym class, you’ll feel amazing after and ready to start your week feeling focused, clear and in control! And all for just £79 (Yes – that is just £15.80 a session!)
